Judith Baker

Travel writer and editor

I am a freelance travel writer and editor, having worked in business and consumer journalism for 30 years.

I was former editor of Caribbean World magazine, which I was involved in since its launch in 1990. I have enjoyed visiting and writing about many of the islands, also interviewing a number of politicians and personalities.

I introduced a section, ‘The Caribbean world of Homes and Interiors’, focusing on real estate in the area, and helped launch the magazine’s website.

I edited Arabel, the first glossy women’s magazine aimed at Arab women living in London, and also London Portrait magazine, one of the first free distribution glossy lifestyle publications in the capital.

I have also edited The Caribbean Property Investor and REAL TRAVEL magazine.
